"Gaby O" I've wanted to become a chef since before being a cook was a glamorous job, before the food network and all it's shows.
Food has always been a mystery and a passion. After completing a three year technical degree in food and beverage and graduating with a unanimous ruling after writing a thesis on "Tequila" at Conalep Tijuana II It was affirmed I wanted to work with food.
After moving to San Diego CA and graduating with a Science degree in culinary arts from the Art Institute MORE! was just a matter of luck and time.
